Service Warranty
At Luna Tech Works, we stand behind the quality of our work. All IT support services are covered by our comprehensive warranty policy.
7-Day Service Warranty
All services are warranted for 7 days after completion, covering up to the time worked on the original service. If the same issue recurs within this period, we'll fix it at no additional charge.
- Coverage Period: 7 calendar days from service completion
- Scope: Covers the specific issue addressed in the original service call
- Labor: Up to the amount of time worked on the original service
- No Additional Charge: No labor fees for warranty work within the coverage period
What's Covered
- Recurrence of the same technical issue that was addressed in the original service
- Problems directly related to the work performed during the service call
- Configuration issues stemming from our service work
- Software installations or updates we performed that fail or cause issues
- Hardware installations we completed that malfunction due to our work
What's Not Covered
- New Issues: Problems unrelated to the original service call
- User Error: Issues caused by user actions after service completion
- Third-Party Changes: Problems resulting from modifications made by other technicians or users
- Hardware Failure: Component failures not caused by our service work
- Software Updates: Issues arising from third-party software updates installed after our service
- Environmental Damage: Damage from power surges, water, physical impact, etc.
- Malware/Viruses: New infections occurring after service completion
Items Sold Policy
For hardware, software, and other items purchased from Luna Tech Works:
14-Day Exchange Policy
Items purchased from us may be exchanged within 14 days of sale. Exchanges only - no refunds. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
- Exchange Period: 14 calendar days from date of purchase
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories
- Proof Required: Original receipt or invoice must be presented
- Exchange Only: No cash refunds - exchanges for equal or greater value only
- Restocking: No restocking fees for exchanges within the 14-day period
Note: Opened software, digital products, and special-order items may have different exchange policies. Please ask at time of purchase.
Manufacturer Warranties
Items sold by Luna Tech Works may also be covered by manufacturer warranties. These warranties are separate from our exchange policy and are honored according to the manufacturer's terms. We will assist you in processing manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service or an exchange:

- Provide your service ticket number or purchase receipt
- Describe the issue or item you wish to exchange
- We'll verify warranty eligibility and schedule service or exchange
Response Time: We aim to respond to all warranty claims within 24 hours during business days.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Luna Tech Works shall not be liable for:
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Data loss or corruption (we recommend regular backups)
- Business interruption or lost profits
- Issues beyond our reasonable control
Important: We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of all important data. While we take every precaution, we cannot be held responsible for data loss.
